How do I reserve chairs, tables, and electricity, etc., for an upcoming event?
Registered student organizations may reserve equipment through the Office of Facility Services by calling 578- 3186. These resources include tables, chairs, electrical setups and cords, stagers, risers, and so forth. The organization may have the equipment delivered and picked up for a minimal fee. However, student organizations may arrange their own pick up and return at no cost. Please make reservations in advance to allow proper scheduling.
