How do I reserve a pavilion at Tawasentha Park?
A. Guilderland residents may rent the large and small Pavilions from May 1 through October 30. The large pavilion accommodates up to 200 guests and the fee is $80 Monday – Thursday; $90 Friday – Sunday for Guilderland residents. A large grill area is available for use, as well as electricity and water. There are no cooking facilities other than the grill area at the pavilions. Public restrooms are located adjacent to the large pavilion. The large pavilion holds approximately 20 – 25 picnic tables. The small pavilion accommodates up to 40 guests and the fee is $40 Monday – Thursday; $60 Friday – Sunday for Guilderland residents. A water fountain, grill, and electricity are available for use. The small pavilion holds approximately 8 picnic tables and is located in the lower fields.
