How do I resend an invitation to a Support Team Member (STM) who tells me that they didn receive my invitation?
The application automatically sends two reminders within one week if there is no response from your STM. However, if the STM never saw the first invitation it is unlikely they will see subsequent invitation reminders. This problem is probably due to one of two causes. The first possibility is that the STM’s email address was entered incorrectly. However, since the email was sent with your return email address, you likely would have received a delivery failure notification if the STM’s email address was incorrect. If you find the email adddress is incorrect, you can just re-enter the STM’s information again and resend the invitation. The most common cause of this problem is that invitations can go to a user’s junk mail or bulk mail folder. Have your STM check these folders carefully for your invitation and, if they find them there, mark them as “Not Junk”.
