How do I request the Mayors attendance or participation in an event?
All requests must be made in writing. Include the name of the event, sponsoring organization, date of event, time, location, and any other pertinent facts or needs. Include RSVP deadline information. Also include the name and telephone number of a contact person in case there are any questions. The Mayor’s secretary will get back to you by telephone and/or letter as soon as possible. Please provide at least two (2) weeks advance notification.
