During check-out, you must respond to a question asking whether you want the media shipped to your organization free of charge. You should answer “No” only if you already have the installation media and are just requesting more licenses. If you answer “Yes,” Microsoft will send your organization a set of installation media. Additional media can be acquired through Software Assurance. See question 7.3.
