How do I request reimbursement if I have overpaid fees for an international application, a subsequent designation or a renewal?

If reimbursement is provided for, you can request it by sending a facsimile (+41.22.740.1417) or an e-mail (income.mail@wipo.int) to the WIPO Finance Department, indicating your bank name, account name, account number (IBAN), international registration number and the reason for reimbursement.
