How do I request personalisation, or ask you not to send a particular colour?
On the ‘contact me’ form you will find a space for comments, or personalisation requests. Please provide as many details as you can, referring to the item description to see what is available. PLEASE type names clearly, and DOUBLE CHECK, as I will copy exactly what you write, even if it looks unusual to me. I will keep your order on file in case of disputed spelling, but unless the fault lies with me, cards cannot be refunded. If you are ordering more than one item requiring personalisation, please make sure that you include all requests, and make sure that you say which request is for which item.
