If your request is approved, OMBO is also able to provide you with one or more versions of our registered trademarks. Entities who wish to use the University’s trademark on merchandise produced and sold in the United States, should contact Matt Terwilliger, Assistant Athletic Director-Business Development, at mterwill [at] berkeley [dot] edu or UC Berkeley’s licensing agent, the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC). Entities who wish to request a license to use UC Berkeley’s trademarks on goods produced and resold in international territories, should contact OMBO at ombo [at] berkeley [dot] edu.
