How do I request general shRNA Pools for screening?
Access the “Request Pools” link, select the “view available pools” link to determine the current availability human and mouse general pools, note: Kinase pool availability may also be viewed here. All available pools will have links to corresponding data files; download or view these files to determine wich pools you would like to purchase. Finally, access the “Pool Request Form” from the previous request pools page and check all pools of interest. Submit the form by selecting the submit button at the top of the page. Note that all information must be filled out and correct to obtain any shRNA constructs; IBC approval is required. More detailed instructions are available on the request pools page. Return to top.
