How do I request for a Security Device if I have just self registered for Internet Banking? Before I receive the Security Device, can I perform any transaction online?
After you have self registered for Personal Internet Banking, you will be automatically sent a Security Device. The Security Device should be received within 7 working days by customers residing in India and within 14 working days by customers residing overseas. Due to security considerations, you will only be able to access our Internet Banking service once you have received the Security Device and have activated it.
