Throughout a streaming video, you will hear/see letter codes. Please record these codes. If your accrediting agency requires these codes, you will be asked to provide them for verification purposes. Rules may differ depending on the state that you are registering in. When the program is complete, click on the link to the evaluation form. Print the form, fill it out completely, and fax to (512) 533-0001. We will submit your application for credit.
