How do I request an RMA number to return a faulty component?
First, PrimeArray technical support will need to determine that you have a failed hardware component by troubleshooting your system. If we determine the component has failed we will generate an RMA number for you. You should ship the failed component back to us at the address below, with the RMA number on the outside of the box.
