How do I request an item through ILLiad?
The first time you use ILLiad you need to create your account. Click First Time Users and fill in the form. Once you log in, select the type of request: article, book or audio-visual material. Fill in the request form completely. You may also use the SFX link resolver, also known as the Find It! button to request journal articles while searching Knox subscription databases. Using this button will lead you to the full text, if we have access, or will allow you to automatically populate an ILLiad request with the citation information, saving you typing time.
