You may request an injunction for protection from the Victim Advocate at the Sheriff’s Office (850) 926-0800 or from the Clerk of the Court (850) 926-0905. The completed injunction request must then be filed with the Wakulla County Clerk of the Court and a hearing will be scheduled. The circuit judge will issue the final order to either grant or deny the injunction.
