How do I request an appointment through HealthView?
Click on Appointments, followed by Request An Appointment and then fill out our online form to request an appointment. With this form, you are submitting a request for an appointment – you are not scheduling the appointment. A staff member will review your request and contact you to confirm your appointment. We will make our best efforts to contact you within one business day.
