Submit a request by mail or by fax: You may request an absentee ballot for the 2008 Presidential General Election by mail or by fax as long as the request is received by: • 4:30 p.m. on October 28, 2008, if the application is mailed; or • 11:59 p.m. on October 28, 2008, if the application is faxed.
