1. After issued ticket and there is any cancellation, please send an e-mail informing our staff at Info@SaveFlights.com 1. Send air-ticket to us to process refund with airlines at following address: SaveFlight Travel (SaveFlights.com) 579/4 Soi Ladprao 64, Ladprao Road, Wangthonglang District, Bangkok 10310 Thailand. • Process of refund with airlines will take 2-3 months. • After we received refund from airlines, we will e-mail notifies of refunded amounts and then process refund money accordingly via money transfer or credit card according to your payment method.
