How do I request a Restricted Access study (Access B, S, AB, BS or ABS) for download?
This is a two-phase process. Firstly, you will be required to complete an Application to Access Restricted Data Form and return it preferably by email to ASSDA. Alternatively, you can return it by fax or post. ASSDA will send this form to the depositor for approval. Secondly, once you have been authorised access to the study by the depositor, an ASSDA staff member will send you the User Undertaking Form appropriate to that study and to your ACSPRI membership status. You will need to sign the User Undertaking Form and return it (in original form) to ASSDA before access to the dataset can be granted. You may also email or fax a copy of the User Undertaking Form to us so that we can initiate proceedings immediately.
