How do I request a record search and copies of Court documents?
You may request a records search in person, by telephone or in writing. The fee is $1.00 per year, per name, per case type (criminal, civil, traffic, ect.) and $.30 per page for any copies. To obtain a certified copy the fee is $3.00 for each document. All fees are due at the time of the request. Please enclose a self addressed stamped envelope when making your request in writing.
