How do I request a personal identification number (PIN) so I can access cash at ATMs?
While logged into the website, click on the “Manage Account” link. Within this section click on the link titled, “Request PIN”. Simply confirm your request and a new PIN will be mailed to your current address on file within 2-5 business days. For your security, requests for a new PIN will not be accepted within 60 days of an address change.
