How do I request a LoR?
Use our Request for LoR Cover Sheet and follow the directions. Students need to fill out the top portion, check-off whether they waive their right to see their letter or not, and sign it. Then give the cover sheet to the letter writer. The letter writer should return the cover sheet with the LoR to the Extramural Education Coordinator at DCOM.
