Log into your Verizon Games on Demand account and then navigate the game page of the game you wish to request a CD key for by clicking on the game icon from the titles main page; once on the game page, click on the “Request a CD key” link to have the CD key emailed to you. Please note that the CD key will be email to the primary account’s email address.
