A. A candidate who fails the licensure examination by less than 10% and who decides to elect their hearing rights may request a hearing not disputing material fact pursuant to Section 120.57(2) of the Florida Statues. To do so, the candidate must submit a petition to the Agency Clerk’s office, via surface mail or fax, within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the Department’s original grade notification or, if you plan to review the examination, within twenty-one (21) days of the date of your review of your examination. Please see the Candidate Information Booklets for your profession for more information.
