How do I request a DMV title or registration print out or letter from VTS?
If you want a print out only and are not processing a title with us, then simply fax your full VIN# to 775-626-8997 and mail us a check for the fees. Once we receive your check, we will fax or mail the print out back to you. The title and registration print out fee is $10.00, regardless of the result and we cannot waive fees for requests with incorrect VIN#’s. We are charged by DMV for each print out we run, so if we have to run it a second time due to an error, we are charged a second time. Please make sure your VIN# is accurate before sending. We can also provide a Registration Letter, no title letter with registration dates on DMV letterhead for a fee of $27.00. For established companies that we do business with on a regular basis, we can expedite the letter to you before your check arrives to us. Note: Record requests are processed on Tuesdays only.
