How do I request a Demand Draft or Cashier’s Order (Bank Cheque)?
• Select ‘Transfers’ from the left hand menu • Select which account you would like your funds to be transferred from. • Select ‘Demand Draft’ or ‘Bank Cheque’ from the ‘Transfer to’ dropdown list. • Indicate how you would like your demand draft or bank cheque to be delivered by clicking on the appropriate option. • If you have chosen ‘Collect at branch’, select the branch name from the dropdown list. • Type in the beneficiary’s name and address (you will need to enter at least the name and first line of address). • Key in the amount you want to transfer. • Select the currency from the dropdown list • Transaction charges, if any, would be deducted separately from the account your funds are transferred from.
