The City of Portland has a program to install free sidewalk bike racks on request. For more information, see PDOT’s bike parking web page or contact Goodie Free at (503) 823-6841. On private property, you will need to contact the property owner and/or building manager and let them know that you are a customer but you can’t find safe, convenient bicycle parking.
