How do I report problems in using TSpaces for my application?
Whenever you get something you think should work, but isn’t working as expected (and you want our help) then you should bundle up the simplest example that we can run as a test case and send it to us together with information about your operating system, JDK version, and TSpaces release. Send it to: tspaces@almaden.ibm.com We’ll look at it, evaluate it, and fix it if it’s a bug. By building a simple testcase to demonstrate the problem, you make it an order of magnitude easier to identify your problem, develop a fix and then test the fix in our environment. The extra time you spent building the testcase will be more than made up for in the shortened turnaround on your problem. You may want to first report the problem, to ensure that it is a new problem and then work on building a testcase that demonstrates the problem.
