You can report inappropriate or offensive content added by other users on getamap by contacting our Customer Services on 08454 560420, email customerservices@ordnancesurveyleisure.co.uk or use our contact us form. When you select a waypoint on a public route, a link appears in the route summary box to ‘Report inappropriate content’ Click this and fill out the form to report inappropriate route or waypoint information. All instances of misuse will be investigated and action taken to remove content, issue warnings and/or suspend, lock or cancel accounts in line with the getamap Terms and Conditions of use.
