Complaints should be valid and in non-compliance of the VNAP (below). The PAAC believes no complaints mean there is no problem. Please report incidents that confirm incidents outside of VNAP for the purpose of public record. You do not need to have all this info to report an incident if you just have the time, date and prop, jet or helicopter and possible description (i.e. white or red prop, blue belly, small, long sounding etc).
