How do I report flyover incidents that are outside the VNAP patterns or Quiet Hours?
Complaints should be valid and in non-compliance of the VNAP (below). The PAAC believes no complaints mean there is no problem. Please report incidents that confirm incidents outside of VNAP for the purpose of public record. This website is convenient to make reports. Please verify the date. You may also go to http://flightaware.com/live/airport/KCRQ to identify an airplane and its owner if they file a flight schedule. Many do not. You do not need to have all this info to report an incident if you just have the time, date and prop, jet or helicopter and possible description (i.e. white or red prop, blue belly, small, long sounding etc).
