Virginia CLE normally will provide you with a Certificate of Attendance (Form 2) at live and video replay programs. You should receive instructions how to download your Form 2 for phone, live Webcast, online seminars, and video on CD-ROM seminars. You may mail or fax the form to the MCLE office using the contact information at the top of the form.
