How do I report an Underage User, Cyberbullying or breach of Copyright, to Meet the Ancestors?
Underage usage All house owners must be at least 14 years of age. Our terms of service state that, if a user is under 18 and misrepresenting their age, the account may be deleted. If you have found a house owner, under 14 years of age, on Meet the Ancestors, please contact us with the House name and we will remove it. Cyber bullying Bully’s are normally seeking a reaction, if you initially ignore them, then they will soon get bored and stop. Remember, you can always remove the person from your Visitors List (they will then no longer be able to send you emails via this site). If someone threatens you, contact the police immediately. If you feel threatened, please also read our safety tips here. If they have uploaded unpleasant or inappropriate documents/photographs, audio or dvd’s about you or someone you know, you can contact customer service (and make sure to include the name of the virtual house!) here.
