How do I report a testing irregularity or suspicious incident?
If you have observed a possible testing violation, you can submit a report on a suspected examination irregularity, an act of unethical behavior, or a breach of security through NABP’s examination tip site or contact NABP’s Customer Service. NABP examinations are administered under strict security measures, and incidents that compromise the content of NABP examinations are treated confidentially and are investigated fully.
