How do I report a technical problem with sciPROOF?
If you find any technical problems with sciPROOF, please proceed with one of the following: • Diagnostic Utility (preferred method): If sciPROOF is installed, go to Start > All Programs > sciPROOF > sciPROOF Diagnostic and run this utility. The utility will automatically prepare a report and attach itself to an e-mail addressed to our technical support team. In the e-mail, please include a detailed description of the problem and the exact text or screenshot of any error messages that you received. The sciPROOF diagnostic utility can also be downloaded from the Updates & Utilities page. • Bug Report: If sciPROOF is installed, please start Micrsoft Word, go to Tools > sciPROOF > About sciPROOF, open the “About sciPROOF” dialog, click the “Bug Report” button and proceed with the bug report wizard. If sciPROOF is not installed or you have problems with the Diagnostic Utility then please submit a report through the Bug Report page.
