Call the Academic Technologies Solutions Center at 202-994-7900 or email acadtech@gwu.edu. When reporting a problem, please be as descriptive as possible. Information such as building, room and computer number are necessary details that guide our troubleshooting process. Any additional information such as the text of error messages is also essential.
