A. The easiest way to report a problem with Yakkle is to use our built in Feedback form. From within Yakkle, click on the Help menu and select the Feedback… option. Fill in the form with your problem information and press the Submit button. This information will be sent directly to us. WARNING – Please include a valid email if you want a response from us. We support jabber.org accounts to run Yakkle, however, jabber.org is not a valid email address and we will not be able to respond to your problem. You may also email support@yakkle.com as well.
