How do I report a health infraction in a restaurant (i.e., smoking, mice, rats, unsanitary conditions) or an incident of food poisoning?
All bars, billiards and bingo halls, casinos and the racetrack have been smoke-free since June 1, 2004 under the No Smoking Bylaw. Smoking will only be allowed in approved, designated smoking rooms. Call the smoke-free help line at 416-392-0123 or call Toronto Health Connection at 416-338-7600 to report a violation.
