How do I replace the main oven thermostat in a Baumatic BT2760?

The thermostat in the main oven of my baumatic BT2760 no longer seems to work, resulting in temperatures much higher than they should be. The ovens are electric, but hob is gas. Any ideas about how I can install a new thermostat.
