How do I replace burners on gas grill?
Remove the GratesOpen the grill. Put on a pair of rubber gloves. Remove the grates, and set them aside. Remove any of the V-shaped metal tent pieces above the burners, and set them aside. Remove whole briquettes with your hands and set them aside. Push the ash through the small hole in the bottom of the grill; the ash will fall into the ash drawer. Use your fingers to scoop the ash into a pile, and help feed it through the hole. Pull the ash drawer out of the grill, and empty the ash into a trash bag. Replace the ash drawer.Remove the BurnersDisconnect the wire on the back of each burner that is connected to the collector box. Remove the pins or clips on the bottom side of the burner that connect it to the bottom of the grill; you may have to get on the ground and look up at the underside of the grill to remove them.
