To replace a lost, stolen or destroyed licence, submit a Firearms Documents Replacement Request (form CAFC 718). The replacement fee is $25 for a POL or PAL or $10 for a Minor’s Licence. You have a legal obligation to report the loss of a firearms licence to your local police and to the Chief Firearms Officer (CFO) of your province or territory.
