How do I renew my Zoomerang subscription prior to the expiration date?
All paid Zoomerang subscriptions (except for one-month and student subscriptions) renew automatically unless you have deactivated automatic renewal. If you have elected not to use the automatic renewal feature, a notification appears on your home page 30 days prior to your subscription expiration date. Click on the banner to pay for the subscription renewal. If for some reason you are not able to complete your renewal online, use the Ask a Question tab above to contact us. Paid Zoomerang subscribers will receive several automated subscription renewal notification emails prior to their account expiration.
