How do I remove viruses manually in the Temp folder that cannot be removed by Kingsoft Internet Security?
An easy way to do this is to empty the whole Temp folder by using Kingsoft AntiSpyware. You can also empty it manually in Safe Mode (the way to access Safe Mode is to keep pressing F8 when restarting your computer, and the entry to the Temp folder is to click Run on the Start, and then type %Temp%).
