Return to top of Troubleshooting FAQ • During installation, a dialog appears warning that email acceleration and FTP acceleration are disabled because another LSP was detected. This dialog is a warning stating that email acceleration and FTP acceleration will not be installed on this computer due to a software conflict. However, the Web acceleration will still work properly. If you would like to have email acceleration and FTP acceleration, the other LSPs must be removed followed by a re-installation of USMessage Web Accelerator.
