Adhesive RemoverPour adhesive remover onto a rag. Apply the rag to the tile adhesive on the concrete. Saturate the glue with the adhesive remover. Allow the adhesive remover to remain on the glue for 30 minutes or however long the instructions indicate.Stiff-Bristle BrushScrub the tile adhesive with a stiff-bristle brush after it has time to soften. Wet the brush in a bucket of soapy water to help loosen and remove the adhesive from the concrete. Rinse soap and glue particles from the concrete with cool water.
