I found this on a website: The second method would be using water and vinegar. Use 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and ½ a cup of water on the sweat stains, and soak it for about 30 minutes, before laundering on cool and dry. This is an alternative method to hydrogen peroxide. Hope this helps!
