How do I remove the hard drive in a Toshiba Satellite A105?
PreparationClose any programs that are running on the Toshiba Satellite A105 and turn the computer off. Lay the computer upside down with the front facing you. Slide the two latches on the back side of the computer to release the battery.Remove Hard DriveRemove the one screw that holds the hard drive cover in place; the hard drive cover is located on the bottom left of the computer. Remove the cover and set it aside to expose the SATA hard drive in its rubber cover. Gently slide the hard drive to the left until it disconnects from the system board.
