How do I remove students from my Eduspace course?
In order to make certain functionality in Eduspace work reliably, we have turned off your ability to remove students from your course. You must contact Eduspace Support to remove students from your course. Call us at (800 354 9706 Options 5, 4, 1 or send email to Eduspace.support@cengage.com and tell us which students to remove. Once a student has been removed from your Eduspace course, all of the student information in Eduspace, including stored grade information, is removed from the system. If you want to retain student grades for any reason, you will need to download the gradebook from your course before asking us to remove the student.
