How do I remove Skyscape products from my BlackBerry?
A. Follow the steps below: • Open the Skyscape reader on the device. • Highlight the program that you would like to remove. • Click the menu button and select “delete”. B. Removing the Reader from the device if you installed from the Blackberry Desktop Manager: • Open the Blackberry Desktop Manager • Launch the Application Loader • Uncheck the Skyscape Reader • This will remove the reader from your device, as a result the device will reset C. Removing the Reader from the device if you installed OTA: • Open the Application Manager by going to Options — Advanced Options — Applications • Select the Skyscape Reader (Skyscape) • Tap on the Blackberry button and choose delete. On most models this will also delete the components of the Blackberry reader (.i.e. FileConnection, PersistConnection, and ArtData).
