Use the circle Marquee tool and select the red eye area, once you have it selected, use the eye dropper, and select the dark colour of the eye that is ok. Create a new layer, and feather your selction at around 5 pixels to soften the edges. Select your paint bucket tool and fill in your selection, and then deselect the area, if the area looks like it has been edited, play around with the opacity levels on the layer until it looks natural. This isn’t the best solution, but it is a good quick fix for most pictures with red eye.
