How do I remove or reinstall the RDP Active-X client control from my Internet Explorer browser?

Note that the presence of this control is REQUIRED to access ASP from the Internet Explorer browser only. Open IE. Point to Tools-Internet Options menu. On the General tab, select the Settings button. Select the View Objects button. IW will open a new window called Downloaded Program Files. You should see a program file called Microsoft RDP Client Control (redist). Right click on the file, and select Remove. Confirm removal. Note that IE will ask to install this file again the next time you connect to the ASP using the web interface. You must select YES or OK to install the RDP Client Control.
