if it’s clean oil, like you forgot to put the oil drain plug back on, spread some liquid laundry detergent on it, add some water fromthe garden hose, and scrub away at it with a stiff broom, then rinse, maybe repeat. If it’s old black oil, yu can try the above method, but it won’t remove all of it. Scatter some kitty litter over it to absorb and covert the worst parts, then sweep it a way in a day or ten. Scuff it in with your shoe on the worst parts. Repeat.
